I offer online training for women only and I cannot wait to help YOU be your best YOU! I want you to feel strong, healthy and empowered! Let’s do this! If you are ready to set some goals and kick some butt, let’s get started!

These are groups that I set up and place you with other ladies with very similar fitness/health goals. Groups are 20 girls are less in each group to keep it more like a family! :)

THERE IS AN OPTION TO GET THIS GROUP FOR FREE BY PURCHASING A SUPPLEMENT PACKAGE (supplements from the company I have used for 14 years myself!) — YOU WOULD NEED TO EMAIL ME FOR SPECIFICS ON THAT OPTION. It’s an amazing deal – trust me! I wouldn’t tell my clients about these products unless I fully trusted them and used them myself!) What all do we get for the 4 weeks?

You get 3 new workouts (all in printable or downloadable formats) each week for 4 weeks. 12 different workouts to keep your body guessing and changing! You will receive both the home and gym versions of each workout so you have both if needed or can’t make it to the gym that day, etc. so you are actually getting 24 different workouts!

The workouts are designed as a 3 day split. This allows you to hit everything in the week with only 3 weight training workouts (but you can totally do more days if you want by just repeating the ones you want) I will explain all that ….also teach you guys how to do 20 min cardio intervals that you will do a few times a week (schedule permitting) and depending on which group you are in (based on goals.)

I also teach you how to do a specific method of cardio training. I call it “Dani Intervals.” You receive nutritional information, handouts, food prep info, what to eat when you eat out, shopping lists, and more. I give tips, answer questions, discuss how you are doing, etc. You are provided nutrition documents and information that help with food prep, meal ideas, what to eat at restaurants, other food info, etc. We also share recipes, etc.

How does the "group part" work?

The workouts are designed for you to complete as an individual. The group aspect of it is that you are placed in a PRIVATE facebook group where we all “hang” out. I post the workouts (both the home and gym versions so you have both if needed,) give tips, answer questions, discuss how you are doing, etc.

Do you give us actual meal plans?

You are provided nutrition documents and information that help with food prep, meal ideas, what to eat at restaurants, other food info, etc. We also share recipes, etc. You do not receive detailed meal plans, those are sold separately on my website. I will give you information to help get you on your way to healthier planning and eating. I will also give you some sample days of meals, etc.
