This is a quick 30 minute workout you can do ANYWHERE! All you need is a set of dumbbells 🙂 Set a timer for 30 minutes, with it beeping at every minute. I used my interval timer app the first time I did this, now I have a gymboss timer. You can use anything that will set the timer up as you need and GO!!! You got this!! Get that heart rate up and get moving!!
