Here’s a “GetUrGunz“ ARM BLASTER workout for ya!! 😉 I actually did this workout when I only had a short period of time to get something before football last night. I had enough time to do 3 rounds, cardio intervals, a quick shower, to throw some clothes and a hat on! haha
Do as a superset: No rest in between sets, just keep moving.
Example: Do 10 Standing bicep curls, go straight into 10 dips, and so on…..it’s a circuit, keep moving. Once you finish the circuit, repeat it- 3-4 times depending on how much time you have.
****PICK A WEIGHT that challenges you!! Pick a weight heavy enough that by 8-9 reps you should be dying and ready to get to the #10!
