Baby Got……Back & Biceps!!
This is a Back and Biceps workout that I created for you today. I do most of my workouts in a circuit type fashion or by super-setting the exercises like I have done here. Super-setting just means that you are going to keep moving the whole way through rather than resting the needed time in between sets of one body part. For example, if you were working Back and you did lat pull downs, in order to complete the next set of pull downs you would need to rest in between (rest times vary depending on your goals, etc.) When super-setting, you are able to work different body parts and not have to rest in between because your back is not primarily being worked while you are doing the bicep exercise. I super set my workouts like this to save time and it keeps me from having to sit and wait. This girl with ADHD doesn’t sit and wait well. 😉 I’m a mover and a shaker and I don’t like to stop! 🙂
