Today was one of my “besties” 40th Birthday!!! We had Leg day planned today so when she showed up and we walked into the garage I had balloons waiting for her on the plyo box. ๐ Nothing like leg day on your BIRTHDAY haha……We had a great workout!!!!
This is what we did today. I used some of the Livefit workout from day 41 and modified it of course because we work out in my garage and not a regular gym. ย I don’t always have the same equipment ๐
Cardio: Interval training using the Interval Timer App
I used elliptical and Rebecca used the spin bike
2 min high intensity/2 min low intensity for 20 minutes
Box Jumps:ย 3 sets of 10
Lying Leg Curl: 3 sets of 10 reps
Leg Extensions: 3 sets of 10 reps
Barbell Lunges up my steep driveway: 3 sets of 20
Abductor exercises on cables: 3 sets of 10
Adductor exercises on cables: 3 sets of 10
Stiff legged barbell deadlift: 3 sets of 10
Front squats: I giant drop set to failure
Standing calf raises: 3 sets of 20 (3 positions)
