If you want a great total body workout that really challenges you and get your heart rate up, Try this exercise! Start out by going into a squat position, jump feet back into a pushup stance, do a pushup, jump to replace your hand position with your feet, explode upwards towards the pull up bar, grab it and pull yourself up. Do this in one continuous motion. It’s fantastic!
