This was a circuit workout my husband and I did this summer. It was around 100 degrees outside and in the garage! and we knocked it out!! It about knocked us out , but we got it done!! 😉 Here is the workout, and then you will see a nasty pic of me after the workout. Glad these pics don’t have a scratch and sniff option! I do these workouts in the garage and run around our neighborhood for the length chosen. It’ s a great “keep it moving” kind of workout and it gets you results. No getting bored with this one!! 😉 You could also modify this to do on a treadmill for the runs, or a cardio exercise of your choice. Now, go sweat some “awesomeness!”
