I have been copying and pasting some of the funny comments my online training clients post in our private facebook group and some of the emails I get from the individual clients. They crack me up! *This was too funny not to share….. As I was getting out the dumbells to start my work out my 3yr old told me not to play with daddy’s weights I would get hurt. Lol
*….And from my measurements I need some muscle on those legs! I don’t even have my “baby got back digits anymore” …. Haha! Let’s work it!
*Get your biofreeze ready, I just sprayed myself down! I just got on the ground to stretch and couldn’t get back up! My husband had to lift me up! Thanks Dani!

*Ladies, there was no time for people watching, completing intervals “Dani style” had me hanging onto the staircase for dear life!!

*Since it is the season of being thankful….just want to say after last night’s workout #3…I am SO thankful I have a tall toilet. It’s the little things. Having to tell your brain to tell your legs to move is awesome! Make it hurt so good!
*Hey girls! Dani will laugh at me for posting this because a few weeks ago I asked “do I have to eat fake stuff like the fake peanut butter to get a body like yours?” She replied letting me know that the PB2 is not fake but just ground up peanuts without all the extra crap in it. I bought some yesterday and I LOVE it! So if you are a peanut butter fan, this is something you have to try! It taste great and has 85% less fat than regular peanut butter! They have it at Wal-Mart in the peanut butter aisle.*I have to share… for the last two days for lunch I have had whole wheat tortilla, with grilled tilapia and pico… It is absolutely DELICIOUS… I could eat this every day for the rest of my life… seriously!!! I think it is totally clean and healthy… please tell me I’m right... who knew eating healthy and clean could be so yummy!!!
*OMG! Just finished my intervals – I almost threw up. Wow!!
*Seeing Dani in her smokin’ hot dress made me get out if my pjs and get my butt to the gym…. Tomorrow this place will be packed… Lol.. But Jan 2nd back to normal.
*oh girl, my ass is soooo REAL it’s not even funny.
*I missed selfie Sunday so here’s to Swellfie Monday! Back at the gym… Finally ..(insert sweet selfie after a workout)
* OFF to LIFT!!!! Once I’m done, I’ll have kicked today in the butt!!!! YEH!!! Bring on Day 2!
*Four little ones won’t take a nap. Wish me luck on this workout. They like to assist me and climb all over me. I may not be able to walk after lunges, planks, and squats with kiddos hanging from me.
*you sore today? I am in places I didn’t even know existed! haha.
*I hope dancing with JT (at Justin Timberlake concert) counts for cardio today. Cause it’s tons of fun;) Jay-Z did not make it but I was worn out and sore after 3 hours of dancing. I don’t know how JT does it. Set list was like 30 songs long. Endurance.

*My legs! Thank goodness we aren’t Catholic or I never would have made it through a church service. Just sit-stand-sit-stand… Oweweeeeeeee!

*J: I think I’m good on planks (I think)??? I’m up to almost a minute. Now burpees kill me & mountain climbers I cuss every time!!! My husband has a good laugh at me cussing mountain climbers.
A: That is where I am on plank to – I try to hold out longer but my shaking body just quits on me! Ha! If cussing didn’t involve expending any extra energy, I would scream obscenities at the top of my lungs – but we have a rule when I’m exercising – no talking allowed – as my three little guys all are critics!
*So funny… last night my middle son (14yrs) said “Mom, you and Daddy are CRAZY healthy now“.. made me laugh… kids can see the healthy changes we are making!!!
*Lunges while putting away laundry. Calf raises while cooking. Squats while picking up kids toys. I look like a complete weirdo but am trying to add extra in where I can.
*Just had a “date” with my husband at the gym. Steamy! Who else celebrates 12 years like that? Ha! Also… I think I thoroughly impressed him with my weights. Girls, I had a hot spotter so I packed on the weights. Just saying’
*A: My husband has been my 30 second stop watch and calls out the next exercise for me in the at home workouts. He calls himself Dani by proxy. And follows up with lots of “You Go Girl” and “You Got This Girl” in his best Dani voice. The first time he did it he ate a bag of Doritos while “coaching” me. Yeah I fired him, now he’s on probation. Regardless it makes it fun having him encourage me.
*J: Mine encourages me in a little different manner… or at least he calls it encouraging…. he yells “You got more in you than that!!” and he’s yelling “ALLDAY EVERYDAY”… You’re a BEAST… sometimes I yell back at him to BE QUIET!!!!
*Today is my 30th birthday. I plan on eating lots of horrible things. I know it won’t make me feel better about turning 30, BUT it’s what I want….. It’s my birthday and I’ll nosh if I want to. Sunday, I’ll be countin every micro morsel…. and probably sugar detoxing. Wish me luck!
*Just finished workout #2. Danielle, I took it literally “on doing the tricep push-ups until failure.” I fell flat on my face right in front of God and everyone! I just looked around like “carry on people, nothing to see here!”
*Mid workout photo (after posting a fun selfie photo)…the sweat wasn’t flowing just yet. It looked like I took a shower by the time I left. My legs are lookin’ good thanks to Danielle Tolbert!!! Loving all the workouts and the eating advice! I have so much more energy.
*Just finished workout #2… I fear I may not be able to use my arms tomorrow #hurtssogood
*Today is my rest day for the week. So grateful because I feel like I need to walk around in bubble wrap. So sore!
*Good morning if you are in need of a tip today on whether your day is going well or whether you need more sleep here it is …….if you get in the car today and you look down and realize that you’re wearing your pajama top still with no bra and that your sweater is Still in the dryer I think that is your first clue! You’re welcome, have a good day.
*Operation “don’t let my hands turn into man hands” in process. I’m about to rock workout #3 with my new training gloves!
*Dani, Soooo you might need to put some sort of disclaimer at the end of this workout….maybe oh you know along the lines of “You will NOT be able to use your arms for ANYTHING after you finish all sets!”
*Okay I am still trying to lift my jaw from floor from the gorgeous pic posted by Danielle!!! Wow just Wowza! That. Is. All.
*Completed my cardio and first workout today! The Interval Timer App is great, but I thought I was going to die by the 5th set. I actually sweat so much, I was afraid I was going to slip on the treadmill!
*Even the minion on my shirt is pissed!
*OMG! Workout #2 was DEFINITELY a big difference from #1…holy shizzzz
*Ok got my cardio intervals done! Oh sweet petunias! Honey got me a bike for Christmas…so I jumped on it for the first time today! The wind and hills are evil! I only did about 3/4 of it. My quads are on fire. Thought I might fall flat on my face when I got off that bike!
*Ok. Just finished cardio that I really didn’t want to……yay! One observation; how is it in 20 minutes I burn as much as I probably used to in an hour of “lazy workout”? I feel like I’m cheating but it’s AMAZING!!! Thanks Dani for showing me the right way to do it!!
*So I went to wake up and do wo 3 today rolled over to shut off the alarm and my arms would not work. Lol.
*That face when you walk past your mirror and notice those bootay gainzz and it’s not even bootay day!!! And the after workout “good thing I have pants on cause these arms no longer work” face!!!
*I also have a funny story and I am only telling it here. We had to jump over hurdles. Going sideways over them I did fine. She switched it up and we had to jump over going forward. Ok I thought I got this. Jumped the first one and peed my pants. Thought nope not doing them. Lol
*So I have to say I feel pretty good. Finally got to make it to my gym for a class first time in 3 weeks and I killed it. At the end a friend walks up to me and we were talking about training and she says you should check out dani from danigeturgunz. I said yeah- thats my trainer!!!!
*I thought i was doing ok until i tried to water the hanging flower pots this morning….lol so much for getting stronger, i cant even lift up a watering can!
*Did leg and abs today! All I gots to say is “there is something wrong with Dani! Halfway thru my legs and booty felt like rubber bands! I started out doing 3 sets of everything….then compromised with my body and did 2 sets of the last half! Thinking I may need a wheelchair tomorrow!?!?
*So doing the staggered push-ups and my daughter said “wow doesn’t that make them harder?” Me “yup sure does!” Her “then why would you do them that way?” Me “…cuz they are harder” her ” mom, your nuts!” Shakes her head and walks away! Lol
