Here is a circuit workout you can do from home with very little equipment. You will need a jumprope and a set of dumbells. This is for all you gym rats who just can’t make it to the gym that day or for all of us who already workout at home and can’t get outside to get any HIIT type cardio. This gives you an option to get that heart rate up and get that body movin’!
Grab you a jumprope and a set of medium weight set of dumbells and get to it! 😉
—To advance the jumprope exercise, wear a weighted vest to increase the intensity or do double unders in place of some of the basic jumprope moves.
